Pet Policy
We allow pets with some restrictions: no huskies, dobermans, pitbulls, rottweilers, german shepherds, or dalmatians. Each pet must be under 45 lbs. We charge a $300 pet deposit, $200 pet fee, and $45/month pet rent.
Guest Policy
Guests staying more than 3 days must be approved by the office, and quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Lease Terms
At The Station at Mill Race, we provide flexible lease options designed to suit your unique lifestyle, whether you’re looking for a short-term stay or a longer commitment. Our transparent pricing and clear policies make it easy to understand all costs upfront, giving you confidence and peace of mind as you settle into your new home. With convenient bundled services and optional renters insurance, you’ll have everything you need for a seamless rental experience.
Length: 6-15 months (leases shorter than 9 months have a 20% rent premium)
Security Deposit: $500 (based on approved credit)
Guarantor: Not required
Insurance: Required (we offer renters insurance for $12/month)
Utilities: Communications package $100 (internet + smart home), Valet Trash $25. Other utilities (electricity, water, gas) are not included in rent and are billed separately.
